ZED FACILITATOR

Real Boosting Consulting Pvt Ltd. is actively seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ZED Facilitator to join our expanding team. This pivotal role involves working directly with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and manufacturing units across Rajasthan and Pan India, guiding them through the ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification process. As a ZED Facilitator, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality, productivity, and environmental performance of Indian industries, contributing significantly to their growth and national competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits and engage effectively with MSME units to understand their operations and needs.
• Provide comprehensive support and guidance to MSMEs throughout their ZED Certification journey.
• Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of MSME leads, fostering new partnerships and expanding our reach.
• Efficiently handle all necessary documentation and ensure seamless coordination between various stakeholders.
• Execute regular follow-ups and organize awareness activities to promote the benefits of ZED Certification among MSMEs.

Requirements

• Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse business owners and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to travel extensively across Rajasthan and potentially Pan India for field-based work.
• A foundational understanding of the MSME sector and its operational dynamics is preferred.
• Previous experience in field operations, sales, or consultancy will be considered a significant advantage.
