Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive interior design process for commercial and workplace projects, from initial client brief to final implementation.
• Develop innovative space plans, detailed layouts, and compelling design concepts that reflect brand identity and operational efficiency.
• Prepare complete design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and material specifications using industry-standard software.
• Manage and coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of all design elements.
• Conduct thorough site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Research, select, and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions, demonstrating strong knowledge of current market trends, ergonomics, and sustainable options.
• Collaborate seamlessly with clients, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate interior design with overall project goals and timelines.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients with confidence and clarity, incorporating feedback constructively into the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically as a Workplace Interior Designer or Commercial Interior Designer.
• Demonstrated proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful commercial and workplace design projects.
• Excellent understanding of space planning principles, building codes, accessibility standards, and ergonomics within corporate environments.
• In-depth knowledge of various materials, finishes, furniture systems, and lighting specifications suitable for commercial interiors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design concepts and build strong client relationships.
