Key Responsibilities

• Developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborating closely with designers and project managers to translate client requirements and designs into functional WordPress websites.
• Ensuring the performance, security, and responsiveness of WordPress sites across various devices and browsers.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues, implementing effective solutions, and performing regular site maintenance and updates.
• Managing website back-end development, including database interactions (MySQL) and server-side logic using PHP.
• Implementing SEO best practices during development to ensure optimal search engine visibility for client projects.
• Staying updated with the latest WordPress trends, features, and security updates to continuously improve our development processes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress core functionality, theme customization, and plugin development.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with PHP and MySQL for back-end development and database management.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail and user experience.
