Web Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive and aesthetically pleasing web pages, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.
• Translate conceptual ideas and client requirements into compelling visual designs, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Create diverse visual elements, from layouts and typography to iconography and imagery, that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of design into functional websites.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain fresh, current, and optimized for performance and user engagement.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency within the team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 0.6 years (6 months) to 3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for crafting interactive and responsive web designs.
• Strong command of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Demonstrated understanding of UI/UX principles, including user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Must be based in Mohali or nearby areas and willing to work from our office premises; immediate joiners will be preferred.
