Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk appetite to provide tailored wealth management solutions.
• Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate investment products, including mutual funds, insurance, fixed deposits, and other advisory services.
• Actively participate in client acquisition initiatives, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients for Bajaj Capital.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives through effective client engagement and product sales.
• Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to ensure informed advisory services and compliance.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and portfolio reviews to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and contribute to the overall growth strategy of Bajaj Capital.

Requirements

• A fresh graduate holding a B.Com, BBA, BBM, or MBA degree.
• Strong passion for the financial services industry, particularly in wealth management and investment advisory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
