UX / Product Designer

As a UX / Product Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and refining our digital products. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a commitment to creating seamless and delightful user journeys. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform complex business requirements into clear, intuitive, and user-centric design solutions for web and mobile products.
• Design, prototype, and iterate on user interfaces, ensuring high fidelity and consistency across various platforms and features.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure scalability and cohesion in product development.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and quality assurance throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal and external stakeholders, advocating for user needs and best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX, UI, and product design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma is essential for this UX / Product Designer role.
• Proven experience working with enterprise systems and developing robust design systems.
• A strong background in relevant industries such as Fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or Consumer Products.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, principles of interaction design, and product thinking.
• Experience working on and launching live web and mobile products is required.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing impactful product and UX design projects is mandatory for consideration.
