Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for US-based clients, spanning from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Specialise in recruiting for various domains including Technical, Non-IT, and Engineering roles.
• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to identify passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand specific job requirements and client needs.
• Manage candidate pipelines efficiently, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment flow.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in US recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a US Recruiter with 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Demonstrated passion for identifying high-quality talent and connecting them with suitable career opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with candidates and clients globally.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment market and various sourcing methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
