Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify passive and active IT candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.
• Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit for specific US IT roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and account executives to understand specific client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for government (State/Federal) clients.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact and resume submission to interview scheduling and offer management.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs, focusing on niche skills and high-demand technologies.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience, offering guidance and support throughout the interview process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in US IT recruitment and the evolving technology landscape.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the US job market.
• Prior experience working with Government (State/Federal) clients is highly preferred, showcasing an understanding of compliance and specific hiring processes.
• A stable employment history reflecting commitment and reliability in previous roles.
• Exceptional sourcing, screening, and communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
