Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for various technical roles across the US market using multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and organizational culture.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices in the US IT staffing market.
• Manage candidate data and recruitment activities efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• For freshers, a strong desire to learn and excel in IT recruitment. For experienced candidates, proven experience in US IT staffing is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a strong command of English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to work US shift hours (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
