As a key member of our recruitment division, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between skilled IT professionals and leading companies. We are specifically looking for both a US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience and a US IT Sales Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of providing unparalleled staffing solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and industries in the US market, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand and articulate complex IT job requirements to potential candidates, ensuring a clear match between skills and roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and strategize effective recruitment approaches.
• Manage and update candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities efficiently within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates, facilitating successful placements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment or US IT sales recruitment.
• Demonstrated understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and industry trends (e.g., Software Development, Cloud, Data Science).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
