US IT Recruiter Interns

As a US IT Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier IT talent for our clients across the United States, playing a pivotal role in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
• Work extensively with Implementation Partners to understand their specific technical requirements and staffing needs, ensuring precise candidate matching.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal ATS, to build a robust pipeline of IT professionals.
• Conduct in-depth technical screening and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for US-based roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation packages, facilitate offer acceptance, and ensure smooth onboarding transitions for successful placements.
• Stay updated with current US IT market trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide informed insights to both candidates and clients.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales and account management teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record of 2+ years of hands-on experience as a US IT Recruiter, demonstrating success in sourcing and placing IT professionals.
• Mandatory strong experience working with Implementation Partners in the US staffing domain.
• In-depth understanding of the US IT market, different visa types, and the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to work effectively during US shift hours (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) from our Noida office.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
