Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit top-tier IT professionals for various client requirements across the United States using diverse channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles within the US market.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs, anticipating client demands and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements, client expectations, and market dynamics specific to US IT staffing.
• Negotiate offers, extend employment agreements, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for successful placements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activity logs within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in US IT recruitment and staffing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 9 months of proven experience in US IT Staffing or Technical Recruitment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• A strong understanding of the US IT market, including typical roles, technologies, and compensation structures.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced, and dynamic recruitment environment.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
