UI/UX Engineer

Capabiliq INC is actively seeking an experienced and innovative UI/UX Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. Key Responsibilities

• Design, create, and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Translate intricate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect, and production-ready front-end interfaces.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components, comprehensive component libraries, and robust design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
• Champion UX principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, fellow designers, and software engineers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Participate in design reviews, user testing sessions, and feedback integration to continually refine and improve user interfaces.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Engineer, Front-End Developer with a strong design focus, or a similar role.
• Demonstrable expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces using Figma.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including Vue.js (specifically Vue 3), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
• Proven experience in translating design mockups into functional, responsive web applications.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining reusable UI components and design systems.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles, information architecture, usability testing, and accessibility guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset with excellent communication abilities.
