Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients interested in Payday and Personal Loan products.
• Clearly explain the features, benefits, and application process of various loan offerings.
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions that align with their requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute significantly to team goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience and fostering trust.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to share insights, optimize strategies, and enhance overall sales performance.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product updates to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a related field; freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
• Proven ability to convince, persuade, and negotiate effectively with potential customers.
• A strong target-driven mindset with a relentless commitment to achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
• High level of enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product information, sales processes, and CRM software.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
