Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various technical roles through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical aptitude, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and team needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and hiring statuses.
• Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions and TPOs for future campus hiring initiatives.
• Participate in employer branding activities to attract top talent to Valzosoft.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or fresher with a strong interest in human resources, technology, and recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand basic technical concepts and terminology relevant to software development.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a night shift schedule (Monday-Friday).
