As a US Technical Recruiter at QuantumTech IT, you will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and securing high-impact technical professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strategic approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to operate effectively within US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle technical recruitment efforts for various IT roles across the United States market.
• Proactively source and identify passive candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards like Dice and Monster, professional networks, and Boolean search techniques.
• Manage candidate pipelines efficiently through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Ceipal, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific technical requirements.
• Possess a strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US visa types relevant to the recruitment process.
• Expertly negotiate compensation packages and extend offers, guiding candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment on talent needs.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current technology trends, modern tech stacks, and the competitive landscape of the US IT recruitment market.
• Align daily work schedule to US time zones, operating primarily on a night shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).

Requirements

• 2-5 years of dedicated and proven experience in US technical recruitment.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Proficiency with leading job boards such as Dice and Monster, and hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Ceipal.
• In-depth understanding of various technical stacks and roles within the IT industry.
• Solid knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and U.S. visa processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with candidates and clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must be able to commit to a night shift schedule (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) to align with US business hours.
