Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, source, and attract high-caliber technical candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for a diverse range of technical roles.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their departmental needs, team dynamics, and specific technical requirements for each position.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition creation and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding support, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings across various domains.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies effectively to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate insightful recruitment reports.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes and maintain a competitive edge.
• Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives to position InfoBeans as an employer of choice for technical professionals in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in technical recruitment will also be considered.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally within an IT services or product development company environment.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively source, screen, and recruit for a variety of technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, etc.).
• Strong understanding of various technical stacks, programming languages, and IT terminologies to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other common recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra, to work full-time from our Baner office.
