Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against baselines.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and operations specialists.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and best practices.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and challenges.
• Oversee the allocation of resources and manage third-party vendors as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrable experience in Technical Project Management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale technical projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX, and attend a required in-person (F2F) interview.
• Solid technical background, with experience in software development, infrastructure, or related IT domains.
