Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters in sourcing potential candidates through various online platforms, databases, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit for various roles.
• Maintain and update the candidate database accurately, ensuring all interactions and progress are meticulously recorded.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and sending timely reminders.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing job descriptions, preparing recruitment reports, and analyzing market trends.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.
• Learn and apply effective talent mapping strategies to identify potential talent pools for future hiring needs.
