Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing to successful offer closure for various IT and Non-IT mandates across Pan India.
• Proactively source, screen, and engage with top-tier candidates using a variety of platforms and innovative recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and deliver high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for critical and frequently hired roles.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Utilize and optimize recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate flow efficiently.
• Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment metrics and market trends to stakeholders.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and foster a positive perception of Rojgari Placement Pvt.Ltd. as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience working within a recruitment agency or consultancy background is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates and internal teams.
• Possess a strong "go-getter" attitude with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Comfortable and proficient in handling recruitment mandates for both Information Technology (IT) and Non-IT sectors.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions effectively in a fully remote work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all recruitment processes.
