Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers accurately.
• Support in organizing and participating in recruitment drives and events.
• Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities for new hires.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Graduate from 2024 or 2025 pass-out batches, or MBA/Post-Graduate from 2025 or 2026 pass-out batches.
• All academic semesters must be cleared without backlogs.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Recruitment or Human Resources.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic 'go-getter' attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
