As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, focusing on IT, FinTech, and BFSI sectors. You will leverage your expertise to source, screen, and secure exceptional candidates, contributing directly to our clients' strategic hiring needs and our company's reputation for excellence in human capital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.
• Execute both permanent and contract hiring mandates across diverse IT domains, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
• Proactively source high-caliber candidates through various channels, including leading job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networking.
• Conduct thorough resume screening, coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate salary negotiations, and extend compelling job offers.
• Cultivate and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address both immediate and future hiring requirements effectively.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their specific hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Monitor and track key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient processes and timely achievement of hiring goals.
• Provide comprehensive recruitment support for hiring initiatives across PAN India and the broader APAC geographies.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment, demonstrating a solid understanding of the tech talent landscape.
• Proven expertise in managing the full lifecycle of recruitment processes, from initiation to closure.
• Proficiency in utilizing popular job portals like Naukri and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn for effective candidate sourcing.
• Exposure to both contract and permanent hiring models is essential.
• Experience in recruiting for IT Services, Product Companies, BFSI, FinTech, or other niche technology sectors.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills are paramount for success in this role.
• Prior exposure to APAC region hiring will be considered a significant advantage.
