As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Crystalvoxx, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to successful onboarding. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through a diverse range of channels including job portals, professional social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), internal referrals, and other innovative methods.
• Conduct thorough resume screening and initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating timely feedback and communication.
• Maintain and update our recruitment databases (ATS) with accurate candidate information and generate comprehensive recruitment reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Crystalvoxx, ensuring all candidates have a professional and engaging experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continually refine our recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a dedicated Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions and recruitment assignments simultaneously, while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.
• Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, and professional networking sites.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to recruitment, with a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
