As an HR – Talent Acquisition Specialist at Agastya Energy, you will be instrumental in building our workforce, identifying individuals who align with our values and strategic goals. We are looking for an immediate joiner who is ready to dive in and help us scale our talent pool effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers across various departments to accurately understand staffing needs, develop precise job descriptions, and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through diverse channels, including professional networking sites, industry-specific job boards, social media, and internal referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for growth within Agastya Energy.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, particularly within the renewable energy and solar domains.
• Manage and update candidate information efficiently within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, enhancing Agastya Energy’s reputation as an employer of choice in the renewable energy sector.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, market trends, and talent acquisition activities to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment within a corporate or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and collaborating effectively with hiring managers.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy or solar sector is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
