As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent, fostering a positive candidate experience, and achieving our strategic hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Proactively identify and engage with passive and active candidates through a variety of sourcing channels, including diverse job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conduct initial HR interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural alignment with Learning Routes.
• Manage a high volume of daily candidate outreach and follow-up calls (approximately 100 calls per day) to maintain engagement and pipeline efficiency.
• Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and smooth communication flow.
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and preparatory steps are completed.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to ensure high candidate engagement and satisfaction throughout the recruitment journey.
• Consistently work towards achieving and surpassing monthly joining targets of 7-8 candidates, directly impacting the company's growth objectives.
• Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment process, demonstrating a track record of successful placements in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for candidate outreach and representing the company effectively.
• Superior coordination and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and a high volume of recruitment activities simultaneously.
• A highly target-oriented and proactive approach to recruitment, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• In-depth understanding of various recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing job portals, professional networking sites, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient talent acquisition.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
