Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to identify and attract high-quality candidates across various functions.
• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including job boards (Naukri, Indeed), professional networking platforms (LinkedIn), and direct outreach, to build robust talent pipelines.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening and interview coordination to offer management and post-acceptance follow-up.
• Conduct effective salary negotiations, ensuring competitive offers that align with company budgets and candidate expectations.
• Facilitate a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, including comprehensive employee induction programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data using HRMS/ATS systems and Excel.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and ensure alignment of talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Integrated Active Monitoring Pvt. Ltd.'s reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Mandatory 1-2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR recruitment role. Freshers are kindly requested not to apply.
• Educational background: MBA in Human Resources, MSW, or a Graduate degree in any relevant field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with fluent English proficiency are essential.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms and tools, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and strong command over MS Excel.
• Demonstrable experience with HR Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
