Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with SmartQ's business objectives and growth plans across India.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical roles, particularly within technology and sales domains.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance on market trends, candidate sourcing, and selection processes.
• Enhance SmartQ's employer brand through innovative initiatives and effective candidate engagement strategies.
• Implement and optimize recruitment technologies and processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and best practices.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, while prioritizing direct sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in talent acquisition, with a significant portion in a leadership or Head role, preferably within a fast-growing tech or service-oriented company.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for technology and sales roles, with a deep understanding of relevant talent markets.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building, managing, and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, able to balance long-term vision with immediate operational needs.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to drive efficiency and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
