Ninjacart is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Executive (Nerve Centre), Supply Chain to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This pivotal full-time role places you at the very core of our expansive supply chain operations, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless logistics and warehouse performance. As an Executive in our Nerve Centre, you will be instrumental in monitoring real-time logistics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactively addressing operational challenges. Your ability to quickly identify and resolve issues will directly contribute to Ninjacart’s efficiency and growth, ensuring that our innovative agricultural supply chain continues to operate at peak performance, providing fresh produce to our customers across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time logistics and warehouse operations to identify potential bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Track and report on critical supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying process deviations and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Product, and Operations, to facilitate quick resolution of operational issues.
• Act as a primary point of contact for operational escalations, enabling swift decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate communication of operational insights to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data and suggesting process enhancements for the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and protocols across all logistics and warehouse activities.
• Take ownership of problem-solving at scale, contributing to the overall resilience and efficiency of the supply chain network.

Requirements

• 0 to 4 years of proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions rapidly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex issues and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Comfortable and adaptable to working night shifts and a 6-day work week, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational continuity.
• A proactive and resilient individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for operational outcomes.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, real-time operational setting.
