Supply Chain Executive

This full-time role is essential for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and streamlining our procurement and logistics processes to ensure efficient operations and timely product delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, forecast demand, and implement strategies to prevent stockouts while optimizing stock rotation and accuracy.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate terms, manage contracts, and monitor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Procurement & Logistics Planning: Develop and execute procurement strategies, plan and optimize logistics operations including transportation and warehousing, to ensure cost-effective and efficient material movement.
• Order Tracking & Dispatch Coordination: Monitor the entire order lifecycle from placement to final dispatch, coordinating seamlessly with internal teams and external partners for accurate and on-schedule deliveries.
• Data Management & Reporting: Utilize ERP systems and MS Excel for comprehensive data entry, in-depth analysis, and generating insightful reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making in the supply chain.
• Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, disruptions, or inefficiencies within the supply chain, developing and implementing solutions to enhance overall operational performance.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: A graduate degree is required. An MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics is highly preferred.
• Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role, ideally within a dynamic environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with ERP systems are essential. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting is also required.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities to interpret data and make informed decisions, coupled with superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for effective internal and external coordination.
