Frido is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Nexus Westend Mall, Pune. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of Frido, responsible for all aspects of store operations and fostering a vibrant sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets by implementing effective sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
• Lead, train, and motivate the retail team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation are consistently maintained.
• Manage inventory effectively, including stock levels, ordering, and loss prevention.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a superior customer service experience.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for developing talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging both customers and team members.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail demands.
