As a SQL Developer at AvenDATA Group, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our database systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers for various applications.
• Conduct thorough performance tuning, including analyzing execution plans, implementing effective indexing strategies, and troubleshooting database bottlenecks.
• Manage and process large datasets efficiently, ensuring high availability and quick access.
• Implement and manage transactional processes and leverage dynamic SQL for flexible data manipulation.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate database solutions seamlessly into software applications.
• Monitor database health, perform regular maintenance, and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold best practices for database development and security.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven professional experience as a SQL Developer or SQL Database Engineer.
• Exceptional proficiency in advanced SQL, including complex queries, CTEs, Joins, Subqueries, and Window Functions.
• Strong expertise in developing, deploying, and managing Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers.
• Demonstrable experience in query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting database issues.
• Solid understanding of execution plans, indexing strategies, and transaction management.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote, full-time capacity with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing database systems.
