Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Topsys IT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts and regression test suites using industry-leading tools such as Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid.
• Implement and enhance test automation frameworks to support efficient and scalable test execution across various applications.
• Actively participate in an Agile/Scrum development environment, collaborating closely with developers and product owners to define testable requirements.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices within the team.
• Utilize Java programming to develop robust and maintainable test automation code, ensuring high code quality and reusability.
• Explore and apply AI techniques and tools to generate, optimize, and execute automated test cases, enhancing testing efficiency and coverage.
• Perform thorough defect identification, logging, tracking, and verification, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct performance and load testing using tools like Web Load, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and JUnit.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in software automation testing and quality assurance, with a strong portfolio of implemented test solutions.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining automated tests and regression test suites with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Jenkins, and JUnit.
• Solid understanding and practical experience in implementing Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Proficiency in Java programming/scripting for automation test case development and framework enhancements.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and integrating automated tests within such environments.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively within an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Experience or strong interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the development and execution of automated test cases.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accurate defect reporting.
