Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing and deployment, for web applications.
• Assist senior developers in the front-end and back-end development of robust and scalable applications, utilizing a variety of modern technologies.
• Contribute to writing clean, well-documented, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform thorough debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of software defects to ensure optimal application performance and user experience.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development, staying updated with the latest industry trends and applying new knowledge, especially in areas like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and incorporating suggestions to improve overall code quality and team efficiency.

Requirements

• A strong academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent relevant field (e.g., B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc. (CS/IT)).
• This opportunity is ideal for freshers with 0-6 months of professional or internship experience. We warmly welcome 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs to apply.
• Demonstrated foundational knowledge and practical skills in core front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Node.js, or Express.js. Familiarity with the MERN stack is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language, preferably Java or Python.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL database systems like MySQL or MongoDB, and experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• Exposure to fundamental Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, particularly with libraries such as Pandas or NumPy, and a basic understanding of REST APIs, will be highly regarded.
• Candidates who have undertaken academic projects, internships, participated in hackathons, or contributed to GitHub projects will be preferred, showcasing their passion and initiative.
