Software & Embedded Systems Developer

Siliconia Technologies Private Limited is actively seeking a talented and motivated Software & Embedded Systems Developer to join our innovative team in Hadapsar, Pune. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize robust embedded firmware for a variety of microcontroller platforms, including STM32, ESP32, and other ARM-based systems.
• Craft sophisticated software applications utilizing programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and Java, alongside GUI frameworks like Qt/QML.
• Engage in the integration and development of ROS2-based robotics solutions and advanced UAV systems, ensuring seamless hardware-software interaction.
• Implement cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms and Computer Vision solutions, leveraging libraries like OpenCV for intelligent system capabilities.
• Spearhead the integration of various sensors, communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet), and diverse hardware peripherals.
• Contribute to the development of robust web applications and RESTful APIs using modern frameworks such as Flask, Node.js, and React to support our embedded and robotic systems.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Robotics, Embedded Systems, or a closely related engineering field is highly preferred.
• Proven experience ranging from 0 to 5 years in software development, with a strong emphasis on embedded systems or robotics projects.
• Proficiency in core programming languages including Python, C, C++, and Java.
• Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and various communication protocols critical for embedded development.
• Demonstrated experience with ROS2, Computer Vision (OpenCV), Machine Learning, and/or Deep Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub and development environments based on Linux.
• Prior experience with Robotics, UAVs, Autonomous Systems, or Industrial Automation projects will be a significant advantage.
