Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
• Oversee and maintain all social media platforms, meticulously planning and executing content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Create a wide range of engaging content, including captivating posts, dynamic Reels, and impactful short-form videos tailored for different platforms.
• Skillfully shoot, edit, and produce high-quality Reels and other video content that captures audience attention and communicates brand messages effectively.
• Design visually appealing and brand-consistent creatives using tools like Canva, ensuring all visual content is optimized for various social media channels.
• Manage LinkedIn presence and B2B communication strategies, fostering professional relationships and generating leads through targeted content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
• Stay continually updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
• Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, building a strong brand presence.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing multiple social media platforms, including content planning, creation, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in creating and editing engaging video content, specifically Reels and short-form videos, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Strong graphic design skills, particularly with tools like Canva, for developing compelling visual creatives.
• Excellent understanding of social media performance metrics and the ability to track, analyze, and report on engagement and reach.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and B2B communication best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and creative copy.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, in-person team environment at our Sector 63, Noida location.
