Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of complex Sitecore solutions, including CMS, Commerce, and Experience Platform features, for a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Define and enforce technical best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, performant, and scalable Sitecore applications.
• Oversee the successful delivery of Sitecore projects from conception to deployment, meticulously managing timelines, resources, and technical risks.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and business analysts to translate intricate business requirements into precise technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
• Provide expert mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to cross-functional development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in Sitecore development.
• Stay at the forefront of Sitecore advancements, evaluating and integrating new features, modules, and related technologies, particularly focusing on Sitecore JSS for headless implementations and Next.js.
• Ensure the optimal scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of all deployed Sitecore platforms, conducting regular architectural reviews and performance tuning.
• Facilitate technical discussions and workshops, effectively communicating complex architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive overall IT experience, complemented by at least 6 years of dedicated, hands-on expertise specifically with Sitecore XP/XM/XC across multiple versions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing, architecting, and implementing highly scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Sitecore solutions that meet stringent business and technical requirements.
• Extensive experience with Sitecore JSS for building modern headless implementations and a strong command of Next.js for frontend development.
• Deep understanding of Sitecore architecture, including its data model, APIs, configuration, and integration capabilities with third-party systems.
• Strong technical background in Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and proficiency with SQL Server databases.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and managing cross-functional development teams (onshore/offshore) through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural vision.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical skills, capable of identifying and resolving complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Candidates available for immediate joining or with a notice period of 40 days or less are highly preferred due to project urgency.
