As a Siebel Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our Siebel CRM infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Siebel CRM environments, including both Production and Non-Production instances, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Execute Siebel IP20+ upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and configuration changes in a structured and controlled manner.
• Monitor Siebel system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Provide prompt and effective rotational on-call support to address critical incidents and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Perform database maintenance tasks related to Siebel, working closely with database administrators to ensure data integrity and system health.
• Implement and manage user access controls, security configurations, and compliance measures within the Siebel application.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to support application deployments, integrations, and environment synchronization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Siebel system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Siebel application servers, web servers, and database connectivity.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience as a Siebel Administrator.
• Proven expertise in managing, configuring, and optimizing Siebel CRM environments, particularly Siebel IP20 and above.
• Extensive experience with Siebel upgrade processes and applying patches to existing installations.
• Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, including Siebel servers, web servers, and database interactions.
• Familiarity with Telecom or Siebel Telecom industry-specific implementations is a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of SFDC/Salesforce is considered an added benefit, demonstrating broader CRM platform exposure.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve system issues.
• Willingness and ability to participate in rotational on-call support schedules to provide round-the-clock coverage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
