Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces using React and its ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to translate design mockups and wireframes into clean, functional code.
• Implement pixel-perfect UIs and ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across various devices.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Actively contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for front-end development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer, with a strong focus on React.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including preprocessors like SASS/LESS.
• Demonstrable experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and routing libraries (e.g., React Router).
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or similar.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web accessibility standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end performance issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
