Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire lifecycle of front-end development, from conceptualization to deployment, for web applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements and user stories into technical specifications and elegant, user-centric solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, clean, and efficient JavaScript (ES6+) code, HTML5, and CSS3, adhering strictly to industry best practices, coding standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance, ensuring seamless functionality and responsive design across various devices and modern web browsers.
• Actively participate in rigorous code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and technical documentation.
• Design and implement robust integration with RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and interaction between front-end components and back-end services.
• Champion best practices in version control using Git, fostering a collaborative and streamlined development workflow within the team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive professional experience in front-end web development, with a significant tenure as a Senior UI Developer.
• Demonstrated, proven expertise in React.js and its comprehensive ecosystem, including popular state management libraries such as Redux, and an understanding of Hooks.
• Exceptional proficiency in core web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a deep understanding of modern web standards and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js for development tools, build processes (e.g., Webpack), or even light server-side rendering is considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity and practical experience with UI component frameworks, particularly Prime Framework for React, will be a significant plus.
• Solid understanding and practical application of REST API integration, asynchronous programming, and data fetching techniques.
• Proficiency in Git version control systems and agile development methodologies, ensuring effective teamwork and project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
