As a Senior Teamcenter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and customizing advanced PLM solutions that drive innovation and efficiency for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Siemens Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and RAC frameworks.
• Configure, customize, and extend Active Workspace (AWC) to meet specific business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Develop and implement robust data migration strategies and manage Dispatcher configurations for seamless data flow.
• Architect and integrate AI-driven functionalities and machine learning models within PLM solutions.
• Ensure efficient BOM Management, configure intricate workflows, and establish robust access control mechanisms within Teamcenter.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Actively participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), adhering to Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter development and customization.
• Proven expertise in ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and RAC development for Teamcenter.
• Demonstrable experience with Active Workspace (AWC) configuration and customization.
• Strong programming proficiency in C++ and Java.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies including React, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Solid understanding of BOM Management, Workflow design, and Access Control concepts within Teamcenter.
• Experience in leading development initiatives and managing small teams or projects.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of the SDLC.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exposure to Cloud platforms, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) concepts is a significant advantage.
