Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain technical design documentation for RPA projects.
• Ensure the quality and scalability of RPA solutions by adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on RPA methodologies and tools.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing RPA bots to ensure continuous operation and performance.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from analysis to deployment and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong focus on UiPath.
• Mandatory strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework development.
• Experience with SQL databases and understanding of data manipulation.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to design and integrate with REST APIs for robust automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
