Senior RPA Developer

QualityKiosk Technologies is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. RPA Developer / Sr. Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and deploying robust automation solutions, specifically within the demanding banking domain. As a Senior RPA Developer, you will play a crucial part in driving digital transformation, optimizing operational efficiencies, and ensuring the seamless execution of automated processes for our esteemed clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities within the banking sector.
• Create detailed process definition documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs) for automation initiatives.
• Configure, test, and deploy UiPath bots, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA processes, providing timely support and optimizations.
• Implement best practices for RPA development, including code review, version control, and security protocols.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with banking industry standards and regulatory requirements in all automation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 to 9 years of overall career experience in software development or automation engineering.
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically with UiPath development and implementation.
• Mandatory experience working within the banking or financial services domain.
• Strong understanding of RPA best practices, methodologies, and architectural components.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or .NET, commonly used in UiPath integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-office environment and meet tight deadlines.
