Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator for efficient bot deployment, monitoring, scheduling, and queue management.
• Implement advanced automation features, including Document Understanding (DU) and Integration Services, to enhance process efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify optimal automation opportunities.
• Integrate RPA solutions with AI/ML models and Agentic AI capabilities to create intelligent and adaptive automation workflows.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization for existing RPA processes, troubleshooting issues and ensuring continuous operation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA development framework, tools, and best practices within the organization.
• Utilize C# / VB.NET scripting for complex automation scenarios, custom component development, and API integrations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer, specifically with UiPath.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio (with strong experience in REFramework), Orchestrator, Integration Services, and UiPath Apps.
• Demonstrable expertise in Document Understanding (DU) and IXP models for intelligent document processing solutions.
• Experience with Agentic AI, Maestro, and AI/ML integrations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with C# / VB.NET scripting for advanced automation logic and custom activities development.
• Strong understanding of RPA best practices, security considerations, and scalability principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
