As a Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving successful ERP initiatives, leveraging your deep technical expertise and functional understanding to deliver innovative solutions. You will be instrumental in configuring, optimizing, and migrating complex ERP environments, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced operational efficiency for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive implementations and configurations of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, tailoring them to specific business requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing ERP data models and business processes to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Drive and support JD Edwards to Oracle Fusion migration projects, or similar legacy ERP-to-cloud transitions, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Manage and optimize critical master data elements including Customer Master, Product/Item Master, and Pricing structures within the Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem.
• Implement and refine Order Management processes to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements, provide expert guidance, and deliver effective ERP solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, demonstrating proficiency in its various modules and functionalities.
• Profound expertise in ERP data models, configuration principles, master data management, and business process optimization strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in successful ERP migration projects, specifically from systems like JD Edwards to Oracle Fusion, or other significant ERP-to-cloud transitions.
• Strong functional knowledge of key business areas including Customer Master, Product/Item Master, Pricing, and Order Management.
• Prior experience working within manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred, understanding industry-specific nuances and challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and internal teams.
