Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of complex, enterprise-grade Laravel applications.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable REST APIs, backend systems, and microservices architectures.
• Assume full ownership of technical architecture, system design, and database optimization strategies.
• Implement robust security measures and reliable cloud-based solutions, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high development standards.
• Rigorously troubleshoot and resolve challenging production issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Frontend, QA, DevOps, and Product.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering their growth and providing technical guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement in coding standards, engineering processes, and overall technical quality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.
• Demonstrated advanced expertise in PHP 8+, Laravel, OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
• Extensive experience with enterprise-scale applications, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in database architecture and optimization using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, or React.
• Deep understanding of system design, scalability, high availability, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
