Senior Java Full Stack Developer

We are searching for an individual with a strong background in Java, Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB to join our innovative team for an initial 12-month engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Implement: Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java and related frameworks.
• Front-End Development: Architect and build dynamic, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, ensuring an excellent user experience across various platforms.
• Back-End Systems: Develop and maintain efficient and secure backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, focusing on performance and reliability.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability for critical application data.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other development teams to understand requirements, integrate features, and ensure seamless system functionality.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Participate actively in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and uphold best practices in coding, security, and application development standards.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, providing ongoing support and maintenance for developed applications.

Requirements

• Extensive Java Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience in Java development, including a deep understanding of Java ecosystems and frameworks.
• Angular Proficiency: Proven expertise in front-end development with Angular (versions 2+), including component-based architecture, state management, and interaction with RESTful APIs.
• Node.js Mastery: Strong demonstrable experience in building and deploying backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• MongoDB Expertise: Solid practical experience with MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and database administration concepts.
• Full Stack Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Onsite Availability: Ability and willingness to work 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ, fostering strong team collaboration.
