Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated, enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
• Engineer and implement advanced AI agents and intelligent workflows utilizing modern GenAI frameworks and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend services primarily with Python and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Seamlessly integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines into production applications.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and other engineers, to conceptualize and deliver groundbreaking AI solutions.
• Continuously optimize AI model performance, reliability, and scalability to meet the demands of enterprise environments.
• Contribute to the architectural vision and technical roadmap for our Generative AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience in software development, with at least 3 years dedicated to hands-on Generative AI projects.
• Strong proficiency with 3+ years of experience in Python for backend development and 2+ years in TypeScript for building scalable applications.
• Demonstrable expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG systems, AI Agents, and advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Practical experience with leading GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy scalable REST APIs and AI-powered applications to production.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, debugging methodologies, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
