Senior GenAI Engineer

CitiusTech is actively seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Engineer to join our innovative team, dedicated to building and scaling next-generation healthcare AI solutions. As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will play a crucial part in developing robust, production-grade GenAI applications that drive significant impact in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI applications within the healthcare sector.
• Utilize Python 3.x and FastAPI to build high-performance, secure backend services for AI models.
• Implement and manage solutions using Google ADK, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) from platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
• Apply advanced techniques such as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering, and AI Guardrails to enhance AI system accuracy and safety.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
• Work with Azure cloud services, including Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and App Configuration, to ensure secure and efficient data management.
• Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Docker and GitHub Actions for continuous integration and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing healthcare systems (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, Epic).
• Ensure API security through robust implementation of JWT/OAuth and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a significant focus on AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Proven expertise in Python 3.x and building robust APIs with FastAPI.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Google ADK for AI development.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems, LangGraph, LangChain, and PydanticAI.
• Demonstrable experience with LLMs from leading providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
• Proficiency in RAG, Prompt Engineering, and implementing AI Guardrails.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, specifically Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and App Configuration.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of JWT/OAuth and API Security principles.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the healthcare domain, including standards like FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, and familiarity with Epic.
