As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Programming, you will be at the forefront of our product development efforts. You'll work across the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable AI-enabled SaaS platforms and applications.
• Lead the end-to-end development of features and modules using Node.js, TypeScript, and React frameworks.
• Implement robust and efficient database solutions utilizing PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Integrate and manage asynchronous communication patterns using Kafka and implement caching strategies with Redis for improved application responsiveness.
• Utilize Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestrating microservices on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic planning for future product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar software development role.
• Demonstrable expertise in back-end development with Node.js and TypeScript, including experience with frameworks like NestJS.
• Strong proficiency in front-end development using React and its ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP for deploying and managing applications.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Experience working with message brokers like Kafka and in-memory data stores like Redis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
