Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Fractal, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge solutions, contributing significantly to our product roadmap and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Architect and build scalable backend services with Python, Django, or FastAPI, integrating with various databases and APIs.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, ensuring high performance and exceptional user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and advocate for clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Demonstrated expertise in front-end development using React and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of Node.js for building scalable backend services.
• Experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API design and development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a distributed team environment.
